Companies of all sizes that have Web sites find it valuable to display the Bureau’s BBBOnLine Reliability Seal, a customer assurance trustmark for which there is a modest extra fee, reserved for BBB accredited businesses that belong to a BBB-approved dispute resolution program.
BBB accreditation is only for companies that abide by high standards of business conduct. Customers understand this. That’s why 3 out of 4 consumers say they have more confidence doing business with BBB accredited businesses.
