Search Page: 150 pixels wide x 400 pixels high
Home Page: 255 pixels wide by 100 pixels high
Artwork should be provided in gif or jpg format
Text should not be smaller than 10pt., if possible
”Gotham Bold” font is recommended
File size should be 30K or less
In addition to the banner artwork, sponsors should also submit their logo in either gif or jpg format
Banner ad can link to the URL of your choosing
Banners load in random order and rotate through all sponsors
To maximize visibility, please do not use flash or heavy animation in artwork
Sponsorship banners may contain corporate/brand identity kinds of messages, but should not feature explicit advertising messages that “sell” a product or service (a CBBB national requirement).
Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. We request a 30 day advance notice of cancellations in which case a partial refund will be issued based on the number of months the sponsor’s banner has been in place. The BBB reserves the right to cancel or suspend any company’s web banner, in which case a partial refund will be issued based on the number of months the sponsor’s banner has been in place. The BBB assumes no liability for individual expenses committed and/or incurred in the event of cancellation or suspension.
Legal Disclaimer: If, in its sole discretion, the BBB determines that a participating business has violated any BBB Accreditation standards, the participant will not be permitted to participate in any BBB advertisement opportunity. In the case of web banner sponsorship, if already commenced, said business listing/banner shall be promptly removed from the BBB website and participant will be refunded on a pro-rated basis for any unused portion of time. The business will further be subject to revocation of its BBB Accreditation. Banner content and hyperlink target are subject to BBB approval.
