A Message From the President - Thank You!
Claire Rosenzweig, President & CEO, BBB Metro NY

Thank you to all who participated in the recent BBB feedback survey of Accredited Businesses. The goal of our survey was to better understand the business needs of our Accredited Businesses and to enhance the programs and services we provide to you.

Your insights into the marketplace and how the BBB can help your business succeed were invaluable.  We are using this information to create new products and services for our Accredited Businesses in 2014.

Thank you for your continued partnership with the BBB.
