In an effort to bring quick and cost effective resolutions to consumer disputes that may arise relative to manufactured homes the CBBB developed the Right at Home dispute resolution program.
The Right at Home program works with the retailer, installer, manufacturer and consumer to resolve claims relating to homes sold by the manufacturer in one proceeding. The Right at Home process may include mediation and/or arbitration as methods to resolve the complaint. All such proceedings will be conducted by the BBB in accordance with rules.
