The second phase of the 2010 Census begins this Saturday as 635,000 census takers begin visiting households that did not return their census form through the mail. BBB serving Metropolitan New York, Long ISland and the Mid-Hudson Region encourages anyone who didn’t return their form in the mail to prepare for a visit from a census taker by learning what to expect and how to identify scammers.
