The New York BBB Education and Research Foundation announced its Board of Trustees for 2013. Frank O’Brien, Conversation, LLC, was elected to complete the term of Vice-Chair. Reg Foster, IBM Corporation, who had served as Vice Chair and a Trustee for fourteen years, stepped down from the board and was recognized for his service.
