The Better Business Bureau Serving Metropolitan New York is administering a restitution program established by the New York Attorney General for consumers enrolled in an Adaptive online membership program.
The BBB sent postcards and/or emails to consumers identified as Adaptive program members who may be entitled to a refund based on an online transaction.
