Concerned About a Business Advertisement? Tell Us About it.
BBB’s self-regulatory advertising review program encourages businesses to advertise honestly, ethically and to keep their advertising in line with the BBB Code of Advertising. We consistently seek and challenge advertising that appears false, deceptive or unethical. We proactively monitor advertising in all forms and challenge those advertisements that are generated in our service area and work with other BBBs when the ad is generated in theirs.
Think you have found false or deceptive advertising which the BBB should review? Tell us about it by clicking here. In order for us to conduct an inquiry, you must provide the following:
- The name of the business
-
A copy of the advertisement or a link(s) to the web page(s) in question
